This game is absolutely fantastic. As a huge fan of Batman, Lego games, and the Arkham games, this was by far the greatest love letter to fans of all 3 of those things and everything in between.

The story is such a beautiful journey through Batman’s legacy, told through the collaboration of every live action movie.

Each chapter feels so distinct in the movie it’s following, the exceptions being the chapter that’s (as far as my knowledge of it goes) more about the animated series, and the final mission starting you off playing the intro to Arkham Asylum which leads into the Dark Knight movies.

I thought that each time they were introducing a new member of The Bat Family, was really well done. I like that for the first few chapters it’s one new character per chapter, and then by chapter 4 you get Nightwing by the end, and Talia right at the start of 5.

My one issue with the character unlocking, is with Nightwing specifically we got like no time with him until Talia was introduced, we got 2 half missions with him and then the final mission he was at least one of the focuses.

I absolutely love the way we transition between chapters, seeing glimpses of Batman through his time as the caped crusader, not only honing his skills but seeing more members of his rogues gallery.

The gameplay is fantastic, the open world is probably one of the best LEGO open worlds we’ve gotten, and it’s certainly a great Gotham City. I think the Batcave is so much fun to explore and customize, and seeing how much it evolves with each chapter was great, and especially the display for the vehicles.

I think that the red bricks being reduced to reskins is kinda lame, especially since for me personally there’s only like 2 good reskins and it depends on which suit you’re using it on. I think it would be cool if we got to fully customize the colors of the batsuits and make them more our own, but that’s a very minor issue since the suits on their own are great.

There’s just so much love and detail put into the game, T.T games really went hard on this one and pretty much fixed everything that I found The Skywalker Saga did in a way that left a lot to be desired. This was clearly made by people who love Batman, and understand how much many others love the character and all his media too, just a true celebration of the character and I for one, already am excited to replay the story.

Edit: 2 minor things I meant to mention, are how I kinda with there was a bit more variation between character team ups, I don’t at all mind what we got I think this game and the missions were fantastic, but it would’ve been cool to get some more missions maybe without Batman, and another character. The other thing is I kinda would like the ability to switch off of Batman in the free play out in Gotham, if playing in co op then I would like to be able to have the choice to switch characters instead of being stuck as Batman and only the secondary character gets to switch. Like I said, minor complaints, but some things that I think would be nice

I don’t know if it’s just me that has this issue, but I feel like some days I can’t go more than a few minutes without it force closing the app, or hitting me with a blank blue screen, which makes me have to close the app anyways.

Like it’s ridiculous, I don’t know if it’s an issue with my phone, my internet, or the game really is just that shit at functioning. I’ve tried putting the graphic settings as low as possible and making sure no other apps are open so that nothing is running in the background, but nothing fixes it.

I’ve had these issues for months, sometimes if I’m auto running Cecil’s nightmare stages, I’ll get a blank blue screen, sometimes if I start a fight in the multiverse arena the game crashes before the fight begins, which when that happens, it wastes one of my tickets and messes with my rank.

Like is it just me that this is happening for?

skate. has practically no good music to me, so finding a small handful of songs I did like was very refreshing, I haven’t played the game in months so this is a very minor complaint, but it still suck. Back when I was still playing the song Low by FIDLAR was one of the few songs I liked, which also got removed, and now High on My Lows by Sawyer Hill is also gone, obviously it’s nothing that makes this game unplayable, but still a bit upsetting seeing as there was quite literally only 4 songs I’ve found in this game that like

Sent my buddy a few bucks for something, immediately after I got a popup “free $20” and I clicked on it to just see what it was, lo and behold it took my information from Venmo and used the remaining money I had in my bank account to charge me for a membership I didn’t even know existed. Spent 2 hours trying to get ahold of customer service, I was told that my email had 3 transactions listed and according to them I got a refund but was sent absolutely 0 confirmation, so looks like I gotta get a new debit card! Thanks Venmo
