I am officially 30 pounds down since May 1st!

I'm 5'9 and started at 230 lbs, I'm now 200. My goal is around 175. I have had zero side effects thankfully. Some positives besides the weight loss is my knee/joint pain has absolutely vanished, and I barely drink alcohol now. I barely drank before, maybe 4-5 drinks on a Saturday, but now I don't want it at all and drink maybe once a month.

How to estimate goal weight?

Hey everyone!! I've been on reta since may and I am 25 pounds down. I started at 230 and I'm now at 205, I'm 31 years old and 5'9. I am just wondering how you all came up with a goal weight. In my best shape I was 175 pounds before having kids, my kiddos are 7 and 9. However I have been working out consistently for over 10 years, just struggled immensely with food. I am very strong in the gym. Prior to having kids I lost 60 pounds and was 175. I would like to get back to 175, however wondering if it should be lower? I want to actually look like I work out, have visible muscle but still be curvy. I'm also 90% sure I have lipedema because ever since I was a teenager my legs have always been heavier than my upper half. Even after losing 60 pounds my legs barely shrunk lol.

Just getting started

Hey everyone! I've been on reta for 5 weeks now. I'm tracking my macros, and at the gym 3-4 times a week. I'm 5'9, started at 226 lbs and I'm now at 214, so 12 lbs down. My goal weight is around 180, but I'm honestly not too focused on the goal number, I will see how I feel as I go on. Years ago before having kids I lost 60 pounds naturally, was in the gym all the time and tracked every calorie that went in my mouth, so none of this is new to me. I have worked out inconsistently since having my kiddos (my oldest is 10, youngest is 6), but my diet was not in check. I have had zero side effects so far, my food noise is gone! I have always struggled with food noise so this is huge for me. I'm still able to meet my macros, however I am getting full way faster than before. Excited to do an update in a few more months.

Hey everyone. I am considering taking reta, already in the gym 5 days a week and have lost 30 pounds. My question is has anyone been on wellbutrin and taken reta, was it okay? I have been on wellbutrin for 5 months for depression/anxiety. Will it counter act the dopamine issue people talk about?
