Late game problem with unlocking Lucky payout

CHECK COMMENTS FOR UPDATE.
I am trying to get the lucky payout heavenly upgrade, the requirement for it to show up in the ascention screen is that your prestige level has to contain at least 4 instances of the number 7, the easies method to do this is by adding a small number to your total to only affect the last four digits, the problem is that at no matter how low my cps is the counter of my prestige level number on screen only updates every 64 levels gained, there is no way for me to precisely know my current prestige level, how do I go about this?
And, yes I have tried to turn off short numbers. Additionally, even when trying to see if the rounded number divisible by 64 would add precisely to my prestige level the number of level shown on screen, it was wrong, meaning the game somewhere knows precisely how many prestige levels you own and doesn't just add the value you see.

I will be very surprised if someone actually guesses this.

You will have to guess the name/definition by inference from sectioned clues given in each line. The first letter of the correctly guessed name/definition will be the starting letter for each of the final words to form. You will however get only the first two letters of each of the consecutive final words. To make it easier, the final words are a name of a city district in the second largest city of a country in central Europe whose flag contains a distinct entirely blue geometric shape with 3 vertices.

Your starting words are:

1st word:

Sleep, short

Color, fruit

2nd word:

Paper, tounge, message

Water, land, surrounded

Horizontal static lines across screen

Hello, this is one of the strangest issues I've ever come across.

Whenever I play a game (happens in almost every game) at random moments, not constantly, there appears a strange horizontal linear artifact showing fuzzy static noise. It comes and goes throughout a single playing session. It can either be fixed at one level or vertically move at a slow pace. The line also has a tendancy to be bent, with the rest of it angled upward. It shows up on a screenshot, so I would assume that that is what the monitor is actually receiving from the gpu, meaning it's not just a problem with displaying. The attached screenshot is from Sons of The forest. I think you can see it pretty well on it. Any thoughts on what it could be?
