Headstone Mystery
TLDR: trying to figure out a rough date of when this headstone was placed based on the style of the stone. Photo was taken in 2012
This stone looks much newer than the date of death to my untrained eye, but family sources say they don’t know of anyone in the family who would’ve purchased the stone. Any guesses on how old the stone is based on material/style/condition in 2012? Cemetery is in a very rural area in Mississippi, USA.
