Paint weird patches ?
Hi !
I painted my utility trailer with rustoleum 1 week ago. It was sunny until this morning.
It rained lightly for an hour, then the trailer developped these patches all over.
What are they ? They're not water spots, it doesnt clean off. It's like part of the paint changed color.
