Cabergoline and period cramps.

I haven’t had a period in over 3 years due to my prolactinoma tumor. I think my period is starting soon and i’m experiencing the worse cramps of my life! I don’t remember my periods being this bad . It feels like someone is punching my ovaries over and over again in waves. Does anyone else experience intense cramps+nausea? 😭😭

Need some advice..

I have been pet sitting and house sitting for nearly 4 years and I have never had any problems with the clients I have until almost a year ago.. My bosses best friend asked me to dog sit for her for a week last year in june, and I did so and I truly felt miserable in her home.. She barely left me any food in her home or daily necessities including toilet paper. I told her about how I work typically for 8 hours a day and needed to make sure that was alright for her and her dog before I committed to it. That week comes along and the dog is absolutely miserable, constantly barking, barely eating and keeping me up all night due to his pacing and looking for his owners. She recently asked me to dog sit for her again and I really don’t want to knowing how uncomfortable the dog was in that situation and I truly don’t know what to do. I feel like if I tell her I’m not able to anymore because of what happened my boss is going to hear about it and I will get some type of backlash… I’m truly stuck and don’t know what to do… How do I tell this person no?!

Ever since I turned 18 I have been paying for rent while living with my parents, buying my own groceries, and buying my own necessities and whatever I wanted. Unfortunately I cannot afford a place to live on my own even though I have 3 jobs, besides the point my parents still treat me like a child… i’ve been woken up hours before my alarm goes off for work just because my mom wants to make sure i’m up and ready for work.. I’m constantly being asked where i’m going or why I shouldn’t go out with my friends late at night (9pm.) There has also been times when my mom or my dad just barge into my room without knocking. Yesterday I bought a case of beer after i got off of work and had two beers, I went to go grab my third one and my parents have already drank the rest of what was left, when i asked them about it they told me they are the real adults and i’m not in charge.. I’ve been curious if anyone else still living at home is experiencing the same thing.. or am I living in a hell hole?!
