Who all makes a pre fit slide, frame, comp and barrel for an open gun with a frame mounted optic?

So what’s the deal now? Can someone just flat out tell me if I can buy cans in Tennessee with just a 4473 or what? Everytime I look for an answer I get a short story that never gives me a yes or no

My chrome k spec sandcutter wore out its gas rings within MAYBE 2k rounds. It’s a shame they cost as much as they do
