House flipper from hell?

Hi. I bought a house 3 years ago that was flipped. Flipped upside fucking down apparently. I have absolutely no idea how this place passed an inspection.

Well I have now discovered that the previous owners quite literally put bathroom tile on top of wooden subfloor. I noticed the grout began to crack and now the tile around the tub has completely cracked and separated. I pulled one up to get an idea of how bad it is and well. It’s fucking bad.

It’s just tile on wood. No barrier. Just adhesive, tile and grout.

The wood is significantly water damaged. I don’t think there is a leak but it’s going to have to be replaced.

My question is what the fuck do I do and how in the world do I fix this. Also how much will this cost me. Tell me so I can put my head in the oven now or later. Okay thanks.

If this gets approved I’ll try to comment a pic in the comments

Song and music video about toxic relationship

I’m trying to identify a song/music video from the early-mid 2000s (probably 2003–2007, but could be slightly earlier or later).

What I remember:
Female singer (white)
Not a huge superstar from what I remember
Ballad, possibly country-pop, pop, or adult contemporary
Played on the radio and had a music video that aired on MTV, VH1, or CMT
Singer had shoulder-length brown hair or brown hair with blonde highlights

The music video is what I remember most:
The singer is in a bedroom or hotel-room type setting for most of the video
She’s sitting on a bed singing and crying
She may be wearing pajamas/lounge clothes (T-shirt, shorts, white socks, etc.)
Her makeup may be smeared from crying
A dark-haired boyfriend/husband is in the room
He becomes increasingly angry throughout the video
He is yelling, throwing things, and I think he may grab her arm at one point
I specifically remember glass breaking/shattering

As for the song itself:
The relationship starts out good
The man is promising her all kinds of wonderful things (possibly trips, a better life, etc.)
As the song progresses, the relationship becomes toxic/abusive
I vaguely remember lyrics along the lines of “you should hear what he’s telling me” or “you should see what he’s promising me,” but those are almost certainly NOT the exact lyrics

Songs it is NOT:
Because of You
Behind These Hazel Eyes
Nobody’s Home
Everytime
Concrete Angel
A Broken Wing
Independence Day
Church Bells
Love Me (Jana Kramer)

I’ve been trying to figure this out for hours and it’s driving me crazy. Does this ring a bell for anyone?
