Does anyone else feel as if God will do random things just to make your day better?

Personally I’ve felt this way too many times to count. It‘s mostly small and meaningless things but things that make me happy nonetheless. It makes me appreciate being human.

How did Ancient Humanity manage to essentially stalemate the forerunners with only about 20,000 worlds? (Spoilers just in case)

For a majority of the War with the forerunners, humans were essentially on par with them, right? How though? The forerunners by all means should’ve overwhelmed them by about 150-1 (Forunners had about 3 million worlds). Not to mention the ongoing battle with the flood humans had to deal with. are they just THAT good? If humans weren’t fighting the flood, would they have beat the forerunners?

looking back historically, people used the Bible to justify slavery and racism. this was slowly but surely taken out by abolitionist, who were themselves, Christian. I feel (and hope) the same will go with the anti-lgbtq movement within “traditional” churches. it feels like it might happen soon too, with more people realizing that the anti-lgbtq stuff is wholly unbiblical.
