I know everybody says that TBT is rather underwhelming or even “bad” but I think you just require an acquired taste for it, and that’s what I think the album is supposed to be? Because isn’t it about something personal for Amy?
Prefrontal Shutdown:
Affects the user more so than if used on another.
The user is basically cursed, as this technique is active at all times, but an upside is that it takes little to 0 cursed energy, meaning the technique is more like having to live with an internal disease that affects you over your lifetime.
Prefrontal shutdown forces many who wish to talk to the user, as plain or simple as possible, while simultaneously having to remove all excessive details. If they do not, user will almost certainly go into a frenzy as the information is stored no matter what. Over analyzation is always happening, and for that, it’s like permanently burning in a screen from an Old Tv.
This technique only has one counter, and that is to reinforce the brain with cursed energy upon instinct, which cannot be learnt by the user unless taught by a master understanding of the technique and its struggles, and teaches how to reinforce without leaving out major, minor and necessary steps. Said steps have to be precise so the user can mimic/recreate them.
