Seat covers installed...Not super happy but...

I just installed these seat covers into my 2025 STX. I had the cloth seats and at first I really liked them until I went to the gym and the next day I saw there were already sweat stains in the seat. I live in Vegas, that isn't going to work. It would probably take a normal functioning human with a normal brain about 2-2 1/2 hours to completely install. It took me way longer because I am just terrible at installing stuff. So my thoughts:

  1. These seat covers are less than $200 and I bought them at an auction for $29 so this was a total win for me. I put a $800 Katzkin set on my Ram and paid $600 for them to be professionally installed. They looked amazing. These look ok.
  2. The "mostly" look nice. The corners leave a lot to be desired. The head rest covers are absolute trash and the center console cover just didn't look right. Could not get it tight.
  3. According to the reviews, the more you sit in them the better they start to fit.
  4. Underneath the back seat looks like absolute crap. I have the back seats up a lot and I don't like the way it looks at all. Just very sloppy looking.
  5. The Front seats came out pretty tight and I am mostly happy with them especially for the price.

The link below is for the seat covers I bought. I will post pictures of the parts I don't like.

Just purchased a 2025 F-150 STX

Just bought a 2025 F-150 STX. 2.7L. 4x4. 10,800 miles. This is my first F-150, I have had Rams since the 90's. I had a 2025 Bronco but it just wasn't working for me. I honestly planned to just sell the Bronco and buy an old F-150 but this one just happened to be here.

This is the most basic truck I have owned since maybe high school. This is pretty low level truck but I had a Ram Rebel with literally every option and I rarely used any of them. Not planning to go wheeling. Mostly highway driving with very occasional towing of my pontoon boat. It rides really nice especially for a 4x4 with slightly aggressive tires.

After I bought it I started looking over the car-fax just to see how often the oil had been changed when I noticed something that wasn't listed on the first page and I honestly overlooked it when I was buying. Apparently at 8,000ish miles the transmission was replaced with a new one. That seems a little concerning to me. I called today and asked about it and they sent me the service records and assured me that it was a CPO and it is still under full warranty.

Im trying to not be concerned about this but the truck wasn't even a year old when it happened.

Resale/Trade in value depreciating rapidly

Just wondering if anyone has tried to trade in their Bronco and what you were offered. I decided I need to go back to a truck. The Bronco doesn't have enough room and can't tow my boat. We assumed we would just use my wife's expedition but the ramp at Lake Mead here in Vegas is super shallow so you have to go really far in. Also the matte wrap makes me nervous, I am afraid it is going to get damaged.

Anyway, talked to every major dealership in the area. The highest offer I got was $36k. It's a 2025 Big Bend Sas/Black Diamond with the $4,995 Factory matte wrap. 11.500 miles. Basically perfect condition. Several dealerships offered me $31,000. I think that is ridiculous. There are literally no Broncos for sale in this area for that price. Just wondering what everyone is seeing across the country.

What to tell the dealership to do to fix my speakers

I have read on here that the speakers can be adjusted or something by the dealership by deleting bass to something or adding a different sound to something?

I am going to the dealership in the morning to have the trailer wiring updated or added or whatever so I can use my damn trailer lights. While I am there I was going to ask them to adjust the speakers as well because I heard that made a huge difference.

2025 Big Bend with stock speakers not the upgrade. Does have the rear sub not the delete. I changed out the dash and pods to quartz speakers.

Thanks in advance.

Selling a parents house and property under a POA in Ca

A little context- my MIL has late stage dementia. My wife and her sister have POA. We are selling her house and property with an owner finance contract (against my opinion). Located in San Bernardino County in California. Boron to be exact.

There are not a lot of options for realtors. The title company is telling us we have to pay for the escrow account and that we have to pay the taxes. The contract is set up for my mother in law at 98% and each of her kids at 1% each.

The buyer isn't giving us the full amount of the sale. There is a down payment. Payments for a certain amount of time with a balloon payment due at the end of the contract.

Any opinions?

Is anyone else watching the Supreme Court nominees for Trump? It is embarrassing. It is disgraceful to this country. This has to be enough already. If Congress approves any of these actual fucking clowns then we are in big trouble. They would not answer direct questions.

Who won the 2020 election?
Can Trump run for a 3rd term?
When does the president need Congressional approval to declare war?

None of these boot licking, spineless morons would answer these questions. Republican and Democratic members of congress were asking these idiots questions and they refused to answer any of the questions. None of them. Ridiculous.
