28-32hr/week with benefits

I’m burnt out on 5 day 40hr work weeks. Anyone successfully negotiate to work less at their FQHC? I’d like to move down to ~3.5 days / 30hr weeks, still want 401k / health insurance / license fees and CE funds (don’t care about any of the other benefits).

Tolcylen antifungal solution

Does this stuff actually work for toenail fungus on all toes? How long does it take to work? I burned through a “90 day supply” in just over a month.. concerned I’m gonna be shelling out $75 every month forever and eternity

Reverse rollover logistics: Fidelity Rollover IRA to PCA 401k current employer

How do I initiate this online at fidelity to get the check sent to me? Is there a way I can initiate the transfer online at Fidelity? I’m seeing online that Fidelity wants me to contact PCA, but then I contact PCA and they say to contact Fidelity to start the transfer?.. I have to just submit this form and the check to PCA.

401k vs Rollover IRA

I’m debating on rolling over rollover IRA to my 401k.
Mainly for asset protection. I just have this constant fear that I’m going to get sued/fined for something insurance doesn’t cover (HIPPA, board fine, false accusation of something, dog biting someone, etc..). I hear 401k most asset protection. I know state-dependent, but seems info contradictory on different sites on what is protected in what states online.. most states IRA only slightly protected in bankruptcy, but not lawsuit.
Also I had 60k in rollover IRA and did backdoor Roth so triggered pro rata so now I have basis.. so getting my rollover IRA will allow me to do backdoor Roth.

Basically, is it worth the hassle to rollover rollover IRA to 401k?

Fidelity Rollover IRA to different 401k questions

I am wanting to rollover my Fidelity IRA to a different custodian 401k. This is the form my custodian has given me to fill out. A few questions for the Fidelity overlord response bot:
-Can I check the “Traditional IRA” box even if it is coming from my Rollover IRA? I asked my custodian and they said to check the Traditional IRA box.
-Where it says assets will be transferred from, what do I put for that? Fidelity? Fidelity Rollover IRA? Or is there a more official Fidelity name?
-What do I put for the amount? I plan to sell my shares in my rollover IRA but it will still be accruing interest.. I don’t know how this works with interest and the lapse of time during the rollover. Do I just write whatever the check says that is sent to me?
-For date of distribution do I just put the date I receive the check?
-They are instructing to have the check sent to my home address then I send the check and form to them. Is this standard procedure? Just need to make sure the check is to them and not to me correct?

FL dental license work requirement

Is there a requirement with FL dental license where you have to start working a certain amount of hours in FL within the first 1-2 years of obtaining licensure there?

FL license out of state 5-year rule

Is this calendar years or from when you started working?
“Full-time practice” is defined as a minimum of 1,200 hours per year for each and every year in the consecutive 5-year period preceding the application date or, where applicable, the period from initial licensure.
Anyone have experience with this?
I graduated school 2021. I have been working full time from July 2021 until now. Can I apply now since I have 5 full time years exactly or do I have to wait to apply at end of 2026 to make it 5 full calendar years?
