One of the managers in AP that’s training me told me nothing happens of if I work under 40 hours as long as I work atleast 35 hours because of me being full time he also said to make sure I stay under 40 hours a week
Does this mean I can schedule myself to work 35 hours ?

I was recently hired as an asset protection associate full time here in Atlanta and was wondering what the hours would be like. I know several loss prevention associates at Home Depot that set their own hours of course with it being a different company it could be different for me but my kid needs speech therapy in the mornings Monday through Friday
