Where was Slenderman first from?

MODS PLEASE DONT TAKE THIS DOWN I KNOW I HAVE LOW KARMA

Recently I've been watching a lot of creepypasta/analong horror, ECT type videos and one of them noted from somewhere that a Slenderman mockumentary came out on June 20th, 2009, A YEAR AFTER I WAS BORN - MY EXACT BIRTH MONTH AND DAY and I'm wondering: am I technically older than Slenderman? Or has he existed before me? Probably in a 4chan archive?

I know it probably seems weird that I'm not NC (no contact) yet I am here, but I am only going to be 18 in June, so I had questions I wanted to ask ahead of time since I'm thinking of going NC with some of my family as well.

Has anyone on here ever had to go no contact with a grandparent or someone who isn't necessarily a mom or dad? I'm thinking of going NC with my grandma on my dad's side, it's messy and I might get into it as things go along until my birthday, until then I'd love to hear your stories just so I can prepare for what's to come

I work in the fast food industry and for a few weeks now, a coworker of mine has been making passive aggressive, and hurtful remarks to me. To him, it's all a joke, but some of it genuinely is insecurity hitting for me and I just wanted to know what I should do about it. Today one of my other coworkers was talking about how she hates herself sometimes and I agreed to feeling similar and like everyone hates me, passive aggressive coworker jumps in and says "Everyone does hate you, so." And I reply "that's actually not funny" and remained quiet a moment before trying to change the subject. I don't wanna blow things out of preparation, but should I tell my manager about this? Said coworker has gotten in trouble for offensive stuff to other before, so I don't think I'm the only one but I also feel like everyone's too tired to actually stop him. He's only 16 though and as someone who is older I know I should be the bigger person but I don't wanna go home from work crying about interactions like this everyday (I've had other bad coworkers on my shifts too earlier on). What should I do?

Note: the female i was speaking to (before the hateful comments transpired) did ask Mr. Passive aggressive to stop being mean to me, but of course it didn't do anything because I think he just doesn't care.

—I figured it was worth mentioning Incase she decides to say something to one of the General Managers, but I'm not to sure since he seems to kind of get away with this at times.
