Everytime I try to install an app from Veteris on my IPad 3rd gen, it just doesn't. Idk what to do bruh

This clip is from a dvd from the belgian club "Cap'tain" (Catalog Number : Kytezo024) and the video is from end of 2007 - start of 2008. Ofc i tryed to Shazam the song but nothing was found :/ . The closest i could find for this song was "MF Dick" by Genetikzz but it came after and still not the same...

Hello, as you can see on the video i got this problem with my pc and idk how i can fix it (don't mind the keyboard in the background)

My Specs :
Motherboard : MSI P67A-GD80-B3
CPU : Intel i5 2500
Ram : 1x8gb
GPU : Nvidia GeForce GT430
SSD : 500gb

So I decided to update my bios to the version 11.0 because I wanted to use a 3rd gen intel CPU (the pc also bootloop if I put a 3rd gen intel CPU). So to do the update, I have kept my i5 2500 for the update and i followed the SOP that was linked in the MSI download website. Then I've put the file on a 4gb USB stick formated in FAT, launched the app on the usb, clicked OK and again OK when the app said that it will update from A10 to B00. But when it came to reboot, it never booted to windows and not even to bios, it just shows video for not even half a second and then it can't stop bootloop. Idk what to do ngl, maybe I will have to manually flash the bios, honestly idk. I even tryed to swap CPU with my 3rd gen CPU but nothing changed.
