Looking for advice from anybody who has experience scheduling in aerospace and construction industry! Thinking about switching to construction, but would love to hear some pros/cons from people who have worked in it. Also would like to add that I don’t have any construction experience so while I’m interested that may hold me back…

Howdy all! Recently went to the Sezane Dallas store and was slightly disappointed. I think it was mostly personal taste, but I found their selection to be very limiting for a Texas location. Felt like it was largely long sleeve and/or knitwear. I already several pieces of each of these from them.
I understand their selection makes more sense in non-Texas weather, but if anybody has similar recs for brands that might offer more short sleeved tops I would appreciate!
Hi all, I’m a recent grad and I’ve been working a corporate job for a handful of months now. My company recently went through a reduction in force, furlough, and despite these actions is still struggling with money. I love the company culture so I feel like I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. If I leave what if I get stuck in a worse job? If I stay am I next on the chopping block? Trying to sell stuff on FB marketplace for decent prices, but don’t seem to get any hits on 90% of my stuff. Most of it’s new and unopened! I live in a major city and am wondering if I just need to give it more time or cut my losses… any thoughts are appreciated!
