I noticed something from the haters and persistent ot7 "boycotters"

Before I start my rant I want to say it clearly that I am not racist and I think south asia is truly a wonderful and deeply misunderstood region of asia. However, I noticed that a lot of these type of accounts (big accounts and absolute nobodies with zero following and zero followers included) come from that particular region. What is up? Are they going through a crisis or is there an engene mass psychosis going on? I just saw multiple accounts (although just absolute nobodies) from south asia use slurs, use all their time to reply to every post related to them and call them names to degrade enha or one member of the group.

I will not post the @ or usernames as it will bring more attention to their sad troll accounts (they only have like 0 likes and 2-3 accounts that fight back at them)

WIBTAH if i don't attend my cousin's wedding?

Hi as it said on the title would i be an asshole if i didn't attend my cousin's wedding? Honestly, there's no animosity or drama between us it's just that we're not close at all and I haven't seen or talked to any of my cousins for 5 years now after the funeral of our grandmother (and that was another drama among our parents). I was only invited because she saw me walking to the store and greeted me I told her i heard the news and congratulated her for the engagement.

Now, this is where I felt something wrong but idk if I'm just overthinking things but when she invited me to the wedding it felt forced she said:

"Oh! Are you staying in the city? Or are you going back to (blank) city?"

I told her that I am staying in the city for a few months before going back. She then told me to go to the wedding and that she already invited my brothers and texted them about the details. She said nothing wrong but i feel like I'm imposing on her especially because she didn't even tell/texted where the wedding will be held or what the dress code would be.

Also to clarify a few things:

-The invitations were already sent out a few months ago and cousins that live farther away were given one.

-my oldest brother don't live in the house anymore and we're not close so we don't talk a lot (huge age gap). The middle brother is kind of in a depressive state and everyone knows he will not attend nor does he care for the details of the wedding. So i can't really ask for it.

Honestly I'm happy for her and i don't want to be a huge burden in inviting myself over when I'm not sure I actually have a seat on the table.
