Hello I'm 27 year old started hrt a week ago I'm on self medication i did not do social transition and no one else know about my medication

I met my friends after a week they noticed changes as I act in feminine way my skin softening started the staring made me uncomfortable now I'm confused to continue or stop

I don't know what to do but I like the changes my mind filled with lots of thoughts like will my friends and family will accept it and if not what I'm gonna do I'm just worried making me sad :(

if anyone was in these situations what you would do or any suggest please that would really help me what can be done....
