It's the ear mite mange I believe. Mites covering his ears so suddenly??? and I got some off with flea combs (so gently it hurts him but the loose ones I can get)
He's probably about 3 months old and he's a black kitty and he's sweet and amazing and I've called every shelter near me and they can't intake. I'll only give him to no kill shelters no acceptions

Sir Meowsalot is a stray kitten I have started feeding a long with his father Mama kitty. I have only noticed some scabs I assume from fleas on his ears and stuff but today it seems to be a lot worse! :( it's a little crusty and ofc I went and tried to figure out what could be wrong and what I could do. Unfortunately I am really poor and I really really don't have the money to get him checked out at a vet. Does anyone know what it could be? If so, PLEASE can you tell me what I can do to treat/prevent it from getting worse??? Thank you guys in advance 😭 I really don't want him to suffer in any way
Edit: Could this be early stages of mange maybe? It definitely could be fleas but I'm still not sure!

My long distance boyfriend does not want me to have a caregiver. And I really understand that. Like I really do. Age regression is such an intimate thing. I asked him a while ago if he would be my caregiver and of course he said yes. However, he is overwhelmed with the responsibility of it and is sorta awkward about it on our calls. I do best age regressing on a call... Idk if that's weird? But I like talking to someone and play with them! I really do want him to be my caregiver but being long distance makes it unbelievably hard. He isnt able to call a lot of the time, maybe 2-3 times a week. He is still living at home and sharing a room. And I am not blaming him at all. I respect his need to be alone and other situations that makes him unable to call.

Am I selfish? I actually have no idea and I'm not sure what to do. It's been months since I've asked him to be my caregiver and we've only called two time when I was regressed. I can't even stay regressed when I'm on call with him it's like I don't feel safe to completely let my guard down
