What's the policy on write ups? Do they fall off or does it stay ? And what happens when you get a 3rd write up?

Hey everyone! I'm currently an RSR with Frito-Lay in Texas and I'm seriously considering moving to the DMV area, specifically Maryland.

I'm looking at the Beltsville/DMV Frito-Lay location and would love to hear from anyone who currently works there or has worked there recently.

Hey any advice for being burnt out I've just reached two years at the company and not having PTO and only two weeks of vacation a year sucks at my old job if I was feeling burnt out I would use PTO to take a weekend here or there but here I feel trapped here nonstop working until my next vacation I don't want to use sick days and being at risk of being wrote up help!?

Okay, as a new lead, I want to apologize to all the leads because Coleads are truly stupid like I really don't know if it's the training or it's just people don't care and they want to do what they want to do. But also why doesnt the DSL not do anything when you're like having to clean up after somebody every single week I'm complaining to my DSL about an issue when I come back from my to off days it is very annoying My DSL told me you guys are supposed to be a team and work together. I'm trying there's no communication. I never met this person. He comes in fs up. My store every week makes crappy orders and I have to clean it up every week and if I don't I get the blame I'm over this crap!?

Can anybody explain to me why I ran a 153% the last week of last month plan which put me over hitting plan I log in today to the pfp app to see in how much I made and 5 grand is missing from what I sold in that week and the percentage is lower it made me miss plan I'm confused?

With all the new changes that has happened which is better small format or large format I'm on small right now and we just did reconstruction and bidding was last week but it seem like they added more store to small format routes I'm nervous I chose wrong but Walmart ordering sounds horrible right now also ? 🤔

I haven't logged in for a couple weeks now but it's the first time I've seen no routes available in the DFW is this only me seeing this ?

Is there a pay difference between leads and coleads or there's no difference?

Why is it that we are blindsided with QuikTrip taking half of the space on cooler tops with no warnings 😡

This is my first time here at Frito for re-engineering I just got my first route almost a year ago and I've only been with the company for almost two years I'm not at the bottom for seniority but I still am pretty F I feel like. What should I expect? Will I basically have to go back to being a colead?

I'm pausing flex driving for a while gas is crazy I'm getting sent and hour out and an hour away from my home when the warehouse I pick up from is only 5 minutes away from my house all for 94 dollars is Bs most of that is gas money

Anyone in the DFW area been getting sent an hour away lately with 10 minutes between stops or is it just me how I keep getting sent out to the middle of nowhere?
