Take over my lease! 1 bedroom with office. 5th floor walk up off Amsterdam and 164th St. Close to the A/C and Columbia Presbyterian. Office is technically a legal 2nd bedroom (and landlord listed it as such) but I felt bad calling it that since it’s so much smaller, though it can fit a twin bed. I used it as a practice room since none of the walls are shared with other units. Pets allowed. Heat and hot water included. No laundry in building. Requirements: 40x rent and credit score of at least 700 (landlord’s requirements for approval, not mine). TheGuarantors is accepted. Lease goes until May 31, 2027
