3 yr old struggling with toilet

Our girl is really struggling with number 2's. She was toilet trained just before starting playschool last September, but regressed just before Christmas. Since then, she has been constantly doing number 2's in her pants (number ones are generally in the toilet). She seems to be very comfortable doing it in her pants. She will find a quiet corner in the room and do it there :/

We have tried everything: a special new toilet, high value rewards, reward charts, reading while sitting on the toilet, and more...

Any suggestions on how to handle this? We are at our wits end with it.

What to seal limestone paving with?

I installed some yellow limestone paving. What is the best product to seal it with? I don't mind spending more on it if it means I'm not redoing it every year.

Any idea what this cable is?

This cable is coming from the front of my house. I found this box in the front garden digging up weeds. It's a green / yellow cable that's probably about 6mm thick. Any idea? Do I need an electrician?

I'm starting from scratch. We are getting a new back garden. Thinking of planting some pleached Photinia red robin for screening at the back of the garden. But how on earth do I decide what to plant in the rest of the garden in 2x 12m long flower beds to the side of the garden? Just looking for a mix of colour and reduce the potential for weeds!

Do I need to book a horticulturist or can I plan myself? I'm not a big gardener so I'm starting from a low baseline.

I'm getting a complete garden revamp. This involves a complete clearout of all existing plants, a single tree, grass and some concrete. The entire garden space is approx 160sqm.

Approx 40sqm will be limestone paving. 100sqm will be roll-out grass. The rest will be flowerbeds and space for screener trees (to block out houses behind our garden).

We have received quotes of anywhere between €7k (a handiman type who said he could do it all!) to €23k (reputable landscapers who were recommended) and other quotes in between. These costs don't include the screener trees, which will be around €2.5k, or any other planting.

Any thoughts on these quotes? Is it worth paying top prices? 23k just seems mad to me, but not sure if I trust the lad charging €6k. We aren't looking for anything too fancy, but want something to make the space more usable than it is.
