Hi, does anyone have any products or dermatologist recommendations, mainly for enlarged pores and blackheads/sebaceous filaments on nose?

I’ve honestly never seen anyone with blackheads as bad as mine so it’s really affecting my confidence.. Plus I can’t even wear makeup because it makes my skin look 10 times worse 😭
