I bought a lenovo loq laptop along with the extended warranty pack available on amazon. But it's been almost 12 days, they have not updated my extended warranty. They keep on asking for bills and invoices. I have sent it again and again but still there's no response. I even contacted servify but they have claimed to update my warranty.
