First of all, I've only been interested in Taoism for a short while. I can't do complex predictions, but just by the symbolism I got some clues that may confirm my theory. Or maybe I'm just overthinking. But let me know what you think!

So, the original Miracle Box tells us a few things about the holders. The middle represents yin and yang, around them the Five Elements, and on the outer circle the Eight Trigrams.

First of all: the Ladybug miraculous

Placed on the side of yin, which is: feminine, retractive, passive and contractive.

Opposite to: the Black Cat miraculous

Placed on yang, which is: masculine, repelling, active and expansive.

Now, from the show we know that the power of creation and destruction complement each other, just like yin and yang. Together, they can summon Gimmi, the kwami of reality, which could paralell to the Qi, the life force. From this, I can speculate that Gimmi was the first kwami to exist, who made creation and destruction as main principles of this world. According to Taoism, since yin and yang complement each other, they create a cycle that works indefinitely.

Let's take a look at the original symbol. Yin in yang and yang in yin. They have a bit of each other. Yang represents the transcendent world, while yin the material world. Their unision is humanity. Pure yang is transcendence, complete purity and immortality. Pure yin is associated with sadness, impurity, difficulties and haunting.

In Season 6, I feel like their balance is really slipping away. They're still yin and yang, but without complementation. And it is because Marinette wants to carry the burden alone out of fear for losing Adrien. That by itself distrupts balance, becoming pure yin. And I can definitely say that Marinette does look like a pure yin to me in all this chaos. But what about Adrien? The only thing I can think of for pure yang is the power of the Miraculouses, which can grant them "transcendence" in a way. His own disharmony comes from his purity, which was used to let lies stand between them. Upon revealing the truth, this purity will turn into anger, feeling betrayed and perhaps wanting revenge. Adrien thinks transcendence is his truth, as he believes he's only free as Cat Noir. No wonder he feels like this when he's a Sentibeing, who was always expected to be true yang. To find his balance, Ladybug must reveal the truth, so that Adrien can be himself with a yin to his yang - something human to his transcendent.

The nature of their powers is much alike to the Tao. Some Taoist teachings remind me of Ladybug and Chat Noir, essentially explaining their importance.

Tao Te Ching: Chapter 11

"Thirty spokes are joined in the wheel's hub.

The hole in the middle makes it useful.

Mold clay into a bowl.

The empty space makes it useful.

Cut out doors and windows for the house.

The holes make it useful.

Therefore, the value comes from what is there,

But the use comes from what is not there."

Power of destruction and creation. I'm happy that they finally created a power for non-existence (Miraculous Cat Noir).

While the Tao Te Ching gives me ideas for almost endless theories, this post is already long enough, but I do want to mention a few more.

Chapter 50, especially this part:

"I have heard that the one who knows how to live

Can wander through the land

Without encountering the rhinoceros or the tiger.

He passes the battlefield

Without being struck by weapons.

In him, the rhinoceros finds no opening for its horn.

The tiger finds no opening for its claws.

The soldiers find no opening for their blades.

Why is that so?

Death has no place in him."

This leads me to believe their powers can only grow and that their adult from is not the final one. The more they understand about the Miraculouses, the stronger they become. I personally think Cat Noir will be the first to achieve this, since he has never worried for his life, rather sacrificed it to help Ladybug.

For last I want to mention the Five Elements and my speculations for them:

Tree: Turtle

Fire: Fox

Earth: Bee

Metal: Butterfly

Water: Peacock

I would love to talk about the others as well as they fit into the Eight Trigrams, but sadly I can't read or understand these, so I couldn't come up with any interpretations.

I do hope that my post made sense as messy as my ideas were, and I would be happy to see someone who knows their stuff better than me explain the rest. And if you're interested, I do recommend the Tao Te Ching a lot. Thank you for reading!

I'm in my Miraculous phase again and I feel the need to consume every piece of media I can. I already rewatched the whole show and the movies for a third time.

But I needed something more interactive so I already drew them, rigged their old models in Blender, I played the official and unofficial Roblox games (unfortunately it always crashes my PC), I played the Subway Surfers typa mobile game, I'm currently going to start a fanfic about Ladynoir, but it still doesn't feel enough. I need more.

Any more free options I could do in this fandom?

Expect more of a "thinking out loud" typa post, because anything can happen at this point lol. TL;DR at the end.

I have to say it, Cat Noir has been unstable for a long time. Rewatching Miraculous made me realize he has been making rash decisions due to feeling excluded ever since Season 3 and it's only becoming worse. He has always been an impulsive person, and let's be honest, it's mostly out of desperation. However, his emotions have been brushed to the side or treated with temporary solutions.

Now we're at a point of no return. Adrien's sanity is a ticking bomb and Marinette's lie is what's going to detonate it.

I feel like all of what we've seen before was the foreshadowing to this. Cat Noir almost using cataclysm on Kim, him giving up the miraculous for being excluded, getting fed up when Scarabella replaced Ladybug for a day, him literally breaking a wall in half because it's not just Ladybug and him anymore.

And don't even get me started on the svicide bits. Because it happened quite a few times. Twice in Chat Blanc, once in Timebreaker, the most obvious one was Gulit Trip, and I could go on.

Since his inner world is rarely explored, all I can see is that he feels like an empty shell, only wanting to be happy and do what his parents tell him (khm Wishmaker khm). Of course, that's also thanks to him being a Sentibeing still under control at the time. Mari tried to help him find his passion, which was pretty unsuccessful. His only passion is to be Cat Noir, according to him.

Freedom is all he wishes for, yet he's still controlled in a way by Nathalie and Mari. It's his right to learn the truth and to have that freedom to decide what he does after. But Mari knows it could lead to a breakup, and she's not ready to let go of Adrien yet. She's covinced for now that she's doing the right thing - often questioning it though -, so she's blinded by this and not quite able to realize how selfish she's being.

Once Ladybug confesses the truth, she will have to explain it all. Holding back info and making more lies would be her worst move and would make her lose all of Cat Noir's trust.

Just imagine all the being dumped on an already unstable person. Monarch, Nathalie, Cat Blanc, being a Sentibeing, Gabriel's letter etc. She's not getting out of this.

And I can think of so many ways this could go down. Another Cat Blanc, giving up his miraculous, Adrienette breakup, losing control over his Cataclysm, attempted svicide, leaving/distancing from Nathalie. And Lord, I would love to see a CN LB enemies arc. But not in a villain way, just them trying to process all of this on their own and sometimes clashing in a fight or argument. (Shadybug and Claw Noir reverse theory)

One thing is for sure, Adrien will go crazy, and knowing how impulsive he is, a few things around Paris will be destroyed. Honestly they deserve a "villain" arc. It's a lot of pressure for them both. I'm so excited to see, and I hope the creators have the balls to make it good.

TL;DR: Cat Noir mental breakdown, possible attempt at svicide, Cat Blanc 2, Adrienette breakup, or clashing with Ladybug.

I'm a bit insecure about my voice, it sounds goofy and not very feminine. I can do a cute voice naturally but I can't decide if it sounds forced or not.

Should I still go with it?
