First of all the domain in the one with the statement is fake, and the little picture that is on browser tabs is brighter than the ones on the genuine website.

Secondly, the language feels off and the statement has spelling errors and mentions paper stealing, which really doesn't make sense. As you read the statement it sounds less and less like Cambridge and more like something someone just wrote.

Finally, the statement isn't on the same website as the AS Math paper keal news.
