Y’all changing undies?

Respectful NC visitor here. Was at a grocery with the best cheese I could ask for and saw this. Once a week feels like light work but maybe it’s the NC humidity that has me ripping through more briefs than I’d like to admit

What’s on the 4th of July menus?

The 4th is quickly approaching and we decided to host this year since my birthday is the 2nd and my roommate from colleges is the 3rd, so we’re having people over the 4th as a big celebration. We also just had our first baby in March so I’m leaning towards pulled chicken sandwiches and either pulled beef or pulled pork sandwiches so I can make as time allows and reheat easily, but interested in hearing what everyone else is making

How has having a child impacted your golf game?

My son is 2.5 months old, and I'm hoping he'll be my future golf buddy. My wife has been great about encouraging me to get out and play, so I've managed three rounds since he was born.

Before becoming a dad, I was usually shooting in the high 80s to low 90s. My first round back was a 92, which I was thrilled with after not touching a club for over 3 months. Since then, I've shot a 104 and a 101, which is the first time I've been in the 100s in a very long time.

I think part of it is the dad guilt. Even though my wife genuinely wants me to get out and have fun, I still feel bad being gone for 5+ hours. Add in a newborn who still wakes every 2-3 hours and me being up for the day around 4:30 a.m., and I'm sure that doesn't help either.

Did anyone else's hobbies or performance take a hit after becoming a dad? Did it eventually come back? Looking for a little encouragement here.
