I finally put down my papers after working in an extremely toxic team last Friday. My manager has replied saying he will reach out to me for “next steps” and to allow sometime as he is travelling. I also pinged the HR and she also reiterated that my manager will reach out to me. What are the “next steps” they are talking about? I have got a better offer and want to know if they can work around to not accept my resignation? I know for a fact that they will not try to retain me (also I work in Non tech where we don’t do dive and save). Someone please guide.
