Do y’all fucking hear yourselves at times?

Yes, he has things to work on (like not being afraid to run when there’s open space). But I see this sentiment a lot in the fanbase for some reason.

The guy who was a Heisman finalist last season and had one of the most accurate seasons in college football history…is in risk of losing his starting job for a talented but unproven quarterback in TSC (and I love TSC, don’t get it twisted).

I love this team but I can’t handle it when I see dumbass shit like this.

For everyone saying that Egypt ‘choked’ in that game against Argentina…stop it

What happened in front of our eyes wasn’t a ‘choke’ like what Senegal did against Belgium within 5 minutes. This was the refs taking the game into their hands and gifting it to Argentina and fucking over Egypt and the entire sport of soccer. Don’t believe me, let’s look:

- Missed foul on Salah by Argentina at 17th minute
- Argentina fouls goalkeeper but no call
- Missed yellow card on a reckless challenge by Argentina
- 2nd goal for Egypt disallowed when the ‘foul’ happened almost 30 seconds later on the other side of the pitch because VAR incorrectly decided to step in and Argentina was allowed to get away with the same thing against Austria (keep this one specifically in mind for later)
- Argentina player SLAPS an Egypt player completely away from the ball but no card for him
- Missed yellow card on Argentina when Egypt starts a counterattack from Messi’s penalty miss (The yellow card instead went to Egypt for pointing this out)
- Another reckless challenge by Argentina on Salah that was a yellow card but refs ignored it
- Before Argentina’s 3rd ‘goal’, refs missed TWO fouls AND a penalty all in the span of 10 seconds on Egypt’s end. And now all of a sudden, VAR doesn’t step in. Why? Because Argentina as the golden child scored the deciding goal

So what happened in this game was blatant rigging by FIFA so that they don’t lose ratings from Argentina bowing out early and no Messi. Egypt has every right to be pissed because they were the better team the whole game and FIFA decided to fuck them over. This match single handedly ruined the rest of the tournament for me because now every single game is at minimum in question if not completely rigged for Argentina to be walked to another trophy. You know what? Forget it. Just hand Argentina the trophy already and stop wasting all of our time.
