I just finished my 2nd playthrough and I was suprised at the end that the option to let the leaders vote on the fate of the living lands wasn't available.

I did choose noble scion as background this playthrough so I'm thinking maybe that's why or perhaps because Temerti isn't running Thirdborn since didn't destroy the ruins? Or perhaps because of merging with Sapadal? I'm not sure but I was suprised the option wasn't there like on my 1st playthrough.

Does anyone know what determines voting being an option at the end?

I'm gonna graduate with my bs in geology soon and I am fully anticipating not being employed in geology given my age, lack of experience and how terrible everything is in the job market. Are there any well paying non-geo fall back jobs that you all were able to get using your degree in job applications or by mentioning it? I figure if I can't find a geo job in 3 months then that shows the market is oversaturrated with new grads and laid off former government people. I doubt we will get to a pre-2024 demand for labour until population collapses in 20 years

I understand I could apply for any 9-5 just like I could before I chose to get this degree but what I'm asking is do any non-geo employers see a bs in geo as a positive in your experience? Preferably that pay over 60k annual

In my previous playthroughs I'd do the modeling then just forget about the quest.

But this playthrough I decided "you I will finish Celeste's quest, she's fantastic"

I'm so devastated! My character will never wear anything else but this chimera outfit!!! 😭😭😭😭
