تساؤل بسييييط مره، للبنات اللي نواديهم فيها مسابح، هل تستعملونها؟ وهل عليها زحمة و هل فيها تنظيف دوري او مهملة؟ وهل فيه swim suit code او تعميم على لبس معين؟
و اذا كنتم بالشرقية، وين افضل نادي فيه مسبح اشتركتوا معه؟

ما راح اقول اني متمكنه و الى اخره لكن الحمدلله اخر شهر صايره احب اساعد اي وحده اشوفها مبتدئه او ضايعه او حتى تحتاج دفه معنويه ولا مساعده، النوادي مليانه ناس منها الشين ومنها الزين وصادفت النوعيتين ببداياتي ولليوم شاكره من بعد ربي النوعيه الزينه اللي اعطتني مساعده فكل ماشفت وحده بنفس مكاني زمان احب اقدم لها مساعده، ساعدوا غيركم دايما الله يخليكم

بليز نغير من ذا النظام يا بنات نسوي نظام متوازن حتى لو فيه تركيز اكثر على ذا المكوه بس خلو كل شي متناسق و اعطو كل عضلات جسمكم حقها عشان نتجنب الاصابات و المشاكل

Now that i have completed 2 months since i relocated and settled in here and given how much i ADORE pizzas, i tried the most famous Pizza Restraunts in here and here are how i feel about the big 4

Pizza Hut: remains the best for me, by far the best pan pizza around, I’d prefer eating there but most of the branches are tight and only suited for a table at most

Dominos Pizza: the most reliable one, the pizza sauce they use is chef’s kiss and the variety of pizzas they got are amazing + never sleep on the chicken kickers

Little Caesars: surprised by how much i enjoyed it, does it compare with the other two? No but its still a very good one and the offers they have are unmatched (enter Robert Pattinson’s beggar video)

Papa John’s: i used to be a fan but idk, the pizza’s are greasy for some reasons and even the slices seem smaller than the rest, however the garlic/spicy garlic sauce they got? OUT OF THIS WORLD

Any other ones that i should try? Preferably a local/unknown ones? I heard about Empire and the seemingly gone Urban Slice, anything else to try?

More specific here for ladies gyms but it might be the same for others.

But wtf is this? A week in here at a gym im not gonna name but the amount of good ones i had in there are nothing compared to the effy ones, im not trying to drag anyone but

1- the bench/machines/cable equipments are not yours to own, in this week alone i had 2 girls blocking others from using a bench just because they placed their phones/bags on it?? Not to mention the ones who reserve an equipment an walk with it while they are not even exercising??

2- the ones who reserve one machine for an hour maybe and refusing to let anyone else take part or something, when she’s checking tiktoks and stuff for minutes between sets while we have to wait (its the only machine we have)

3- the “vlogging” ones, yes no problem in taking pictures or filming your form or anything else but please can you make sure nobody walks by and gets filmed without knowing? And why are you even bringing a whole filming stand and not even asking for permission first? Don’t also get me started on those who make a زحمة and are only here to send a gym streak and just leave…

Tldr: im ranting about some bad gym experiences i had, but SHOUT OUT to every good girl that actually helped me and was nice towards me trust me this isn’t about you.

Tell me if anybody is having any similar experiences !

I’d wanna get pierced by the time im staying here, which are your go-to places for a piercing? Especially a much more complicated ones? It needs to be done by good hands and with a high hygenic level and would be an extra if they do a tattoo as well.

I’m planning to get myself a backpiece that would extend to the thighs, which would obviously include my butt because everyone advised me to include it otherwise the tattoo would feel a bit lacking

My question for those who’ve gone through it, how would you rate the whole back pain? And im a shy person so what’s your advice for me having to expose my bare butt for few hours in the shop lol? And any tips for how to prepare myself for what could be a very long session/sessions?

We are heading into 5 months of all this conflict that we got put into and keeps escalating day by day, how did this affect you personally and how did it affect your daily routines and lifestyles?
