I got these 2 females from my friend yesterday because she was worried they were getting bullied by her danios but I noticed their gills were red and they generally dont look well? Im fairly new to fishkeeping but none of my guppies have ever had this see through effect on their belly and I dont know if its a sign of sickness or what.

They aren't gasping for air, swimming is normal, they're begging for food and eating well, pooping seems normal. It is just the physical signs of problems

Don't worry, I have put them in my hospital tank with wunder tonic and a little bit of aquarium salt. The bag was just to get a better look at them
