Hi everyone.

I had requested notification for when the Alma BB in Rose Miami was back in stock. Received notification 7/03 and order placed immediately. I also placed an order for a Speedy Bandoulière 20,** **which has since been received. No where in my online account does the Alma order show, and neither do the speedy order (or any of my previous orders, for that matter).

Any idea why? I reached out to CS and they stated they see the order processing and it should be delivered 7/19-8/01. But why are none of my previous orders listed? 🙃

I have a policy through State Farm for my wedding rings, but looking to have my new time piece insured as well. What do you all recommend?

Also, is it required to have an appraisal, or is the purchase receipt sufficient? TIA!

WTF!!! I placed two orders today and both were cancelled with no explanation. After my experience with LV In Paris, this is the last straw.
