I cannot tell if the wound is reopening or not… it is very small and urgent care glued it shut instead of putting in a stitch

first photo is the wound
second is right after getting it glued
and third is what it looks like at the present

i’m noticing more oxidized blood but i can’t tell if that means the wound is reopening

i’m also kind of unsure where the wound actually was now that it’s glued

just looking for help and advice

Any idea what this could be? Stress rash? eczema? ring worm?!?!??

i don’t recall scratching myself or anything but a day ago i woke up and noticed this little patch on my hand that almost looks like a burn… it has some texture and is ever so slightly raised….

HELP!
