I need help for mic placement for my AKG C414 XLII for gaming. I want the mic in front of me, but as I do that, my voice becomes boomy, I’m using a high-end interface as well — the Apollo Solo... BUT I’m having trouble getting it to sound good with my horrible mid forward harsh voice, when the mic is in front of my monitor, please help. Thank you!
