Venting: I keep getting comments from my professors that I am not trying to study and do well in my classes.

I am studying 20 slides for both of my classes as of this time period. I have papers that I need to complete and write without the entire use of AI.

Like, they really want to throw me out of this school. No, we will call the Office of Student Integrity.

I can't have personal advice.

Note: Why do I keep getting dislikes?

Had to tell a woman who was repeating a nonverbal autistic to stop it.

The boy was just enjoying his day at the zoo. The woman was repeating the words from the mother asking the nonverbal autistic what was the animal in the glass. Perhaps, the woman was schizophrenic because that is a behavior of schizophrenia, echolalia.

I had to tell her stop, but she kept saying it. Annoyed - but, I am glad that nothing went worse than it could have been.

Possible IB Students in U.S.: If you cannot think abstractly, choose AP classes.

I never understood it. It required specific responses to questions. AP classes are good if you can memorize material, then writing it down and if you are asking for points.

Performance Management

Does this make sense to you, as I am talking about performance management: You get what you measure. Measure the wrong thing and you get the wrong behaviors.”—John H. Lingle, Business author.” I chose that quote as my favorite because I feel that many forget or misinterpret measures. It stands out to me or feels relevant to me because I am surrounded by work, school, and other areas. As an employee and student, potentially a rating source to employees, it is important that the core of my tasks to the fairness of appraisals. My own personal experiences and beliefs connect to that quote by my managers at work in their behaviour. It is questionable as to the structural and power distribution of performance management across the organizations. I have seen this idea play out in real life by affecting my wellbeing, affecting the mental wellbeing of my coworkers. (Work in 21st Century, 2024).

"My professor has a PhD and they told me that a hanging indent should not occur after the first line in APA formatting."

Something that I found interesting: "My assignment was late, which is a 20-point deduction, but they took off points because in part to the formatting."

In a clinical trial, the efficacy of the investigated drug has an average of 2350 and variance of 410. a. Find the percentage of times the drug efficacy was more than 3300. b. Find the percentage of times the drug efficacy was less than 1750. c. Find the percentage between 1680 and 3420.

I received 0%, 0%, and 100%. I thought that was too high, so I am wondering what your thoughts are on this.

People do not care about spelling or grammar anymore, and it concerns me. I am finding more people, who speak well and have good grammar, not fix their grammar rules and spelling.
