How to study fir TMUA as an Irish student

I just finished my 5th year summer exams and they were pretty good probably over 600 points but now i wonna prepare for STEP and TMUA specifically TMUA for now as it is closer. I have no idea how to start studying for this I do pretty well in applied maths and maths in school however the questions in the TMUA are much harder and i can only do a few of them. Any past irish students who did well in the TMUA got any advice on how to even begin to study for this?

Tricep cramp in handstand

For the past week or so, whenever I do a handstand, my triceps start to cramp up — specifically the outer part right above my elbow. I can feel a tingling sensation that begins in my forearms, travels up through my elbows, and then hits my triceps right before the cramp sets in. When I do a handstand on my fists, it feels okay for the first few seconds, but I can already feel it slowly starting to build. When I do it on my palms, it happens almost instantly without any delay. It doesn’t happen with any other exercise like dips, bench press, pull ups, muscle ups or even overhead press. Only handstands. Anyone know the problem and how to fix it?

I’m aiming to get into a top UK university for mathematics (Oxford, Cambridge, Warwick, etc.) with the goal of eventually breaking into quant finance, and I’d love to hear from current students at these universities. How much do my 5th year summer exams actually matter?
I find the Leaving Cert fairly straightforward and I’m confident I could get 6 H1s with around 2 hours of study a day. Is it worth putting in that much effort for my summer exams. Additionally what else could i do to maximise my chances at getting into these unis. Ik i have to do entrance exams but from what ive seen theyre not as difficult as people make it out to be.
