I run tpu from time to time and right now do so via top loading.
I am wondering if the tpu assist module is worth the $50. (As well as having to buy a drying container for the roll as it is being used.)
Does it help that much?

I am running a XPS 8940 desktop with a 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti (Dell) GPU and need an upgrade. Nothing crazy as the highest gaming I do is Diablo4 on low to mid settings and I believe the Mobo is only PCIe 3.0 so will limit the higher end cards.
I did upgrade my power supply to a "600W DPS-600EM-00 Power Supply For Dell Optiplex 3650 3656 3040 5040 MT" so should be able to run something decent if not too power hungry.
I was thinking of a used Dell GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Dual Fan 8GB GDDR6 Graphics Card 0MTVG8 or something similar for less than $300 if possible.
Printing with metalic gold pla and the outlines are showing up significantly more than printing with the same settings using non-metalic.
What would cause this?
I am using bambu basic pla on a cryogrip plate set to smooth pei plate.
I have run the auto flow dynamics calibration.
I have done a cold pull.
Ive cleaned the plate with Dawn power scrub.
I dry all my filament prior to use and have the ams drying as well with a second power plug.
I am on version 01.02.00.00(Latest version)
And bambu studio 2.6.0.51
For some reason I having an issue where part of the first layer shows up shiny and part shows up not.
Also, I am getting strange printing behaviors and what looks like not enough flow.
This is new behavior and I am not sure what else to fix, clean, or calibrate.
Does anyone have any ideas?
