First of all, SATHEE is 2023 launched, but if they are expanding it prob nice .
But what is actually the real issue between why education system sucks? and why coaching industry matter?
All depends on one things, these elimination tournaments ... ehm ehm i meant competitive exams,
like NEET, JEE, USPC, SSC and all ,
these exams are not even seriously about skills or creativity, these have become heavy biased on rote memorization, speed focused exams, and the best way to understand this is,
what is the best way to prepare for any exam? even take account of boards? "PYQS"
Like what is the point even students instead of learning anything just sit for 1 month, memorize all the pyqs and somehow will get more marks than someone who was conceptually better but still never did pyqs so he don't know the tricks to solve them, LOL.
And what did this bottom to top ladder has created? oh go back 3000 years ago and you will find something same, "CASTE SYSTEM",
Nobody now would come with the nonsense about meritocracy here, i mean people also love to talk about meritocracy lets see the meritocracy now created what?
New brahmins, aka IITians, IIMs, IAS/IPS, and all , like ever saw you getting rejected by venture capitalists, startups/companies , or even somehow given inferiority against these guys on intellectualism? or even preference goes into matrimonial, people need to understand this rat race is not meritocracy , it is just bias
Those idiots who even criticized about reservation in private sector is bad , Ever heard of the term referral? even now this has diluted coz the jobs have shrinked in the form of how many referral people getting. Like is this so called meritocracy ? have yall never saw how corporate structures work?
if a guy has better portfolio than an iitian, no even say btech guy but just has a BCA or bsc in maths ,Will private sector use meritocracy here? OFC nope that guy would be rejected by ATS in one go lmao, Meritocracy argument in private sector is as hypocrite as congress and bjp tries to ban FCRA for foriegn orgs but never would talk about FCRA in their own political parties LOL.
Justice or fairness or meritocracy in real world are just idealism wrapped in blind eyes, Please wake up and clear the mindset over .
In a way, the mindset is the issue which is why these foriegn giants never used to invest into indian Capex, even now it is carefully touched. Untill india actually industrialize itself nothing gonna happen,
india did get indepednence in 1947, but it never did what every great power do
industrialization, cultural revolution ( breaking mediviel mindset , for example india's mai-baap culture/ master-servent culture) and Agrarian & Social Upheaval india actually did almost all 3 halflike but never did it fully and its all left .
