I'm on track to start humira in about two weeks. I've done a decent amount of research, especially about how it can affect my immune system, but I wanted to ask the folks who have actually tried it. What are some things they don't really tell you about? General advice is also very welcome, I'm still new to all of this

Usually I don't get much of an odor from my spots, but this one on my armpit is bothering me so bad. Without it, I can totally control my body odor, but with an open spot it amplifies my BO. This one has constant discharge and overpowers my deodorant after an hour or two.
I use hibicleans to clean it every day and I switch between Mitchums deodorant and Old Spice. Any advice?
