I'm a 28 YO NRI based in the US, and I've recently inherited 3 properties in Coimbatore and Bangalore.

One vacant plot in Coimbatore, one independent house that's been locked up for a year in Bangalore, and another house with rental occupancy in the city outskirts.

I'm trying to figure out how to get them properly maintained and monitored without relying on relatives.

I am not planning to sell any of these at the moment and instead get help through professional property maintenance services.

Looking for advice on what to look for in a property maintenance service and what I should be asking them to check regularly (more like a checklist).
