Always felt one eye looks different and got the bog standard brown?? Sometimes green maybe??

Advice needed - I had this tattoo done at 16. I have regretted it ever since, especially as becoming an adult. I feel its childish or tacky?? Not to insult anyone elses choices, just my worries.
The tattoo is on my shoulder and is like 5cm high and wide.
I dont wear strap tops even in summer because of how concious I am. I get super embarassed.
Thoughts on what others think of it would be much appreciated. Or thoughts on changes. Thank you very much!!
