Heights Meditation and Yoga now at W. 181st and Riverside Dr (Hudson River)

This meditation and yoga studio is now at the far west end of W. 181st just past Cabrini and looking out toward the Hudson. It's grown from its previous site at Hebrew Tabernacle on Ft Wash across from Bennett Park.
It offers $5 meditation sessions. And $27 per class for yoga, sound bathing, etc. (lower with packages/membership).
The new location is lovely inside with soothing green walls and nice sky views, gentle aromatherapy, yoga for all levels.
It's worth checking out!
