TTC rant from a first monitored cycle girlie 😭

All-natural sounded manageable honestly, it was even kind of fun 😭 But damn… medicated monitored cycles are exhausting.

I was honestly doing okay before the trigger shot. Taking 3–4 meds a day felt manageable and didn’t really affect me much. But now? I feel like I’m constantly high on medication. I don’t feel like myself anymore. I’ve been exhausted for the last 2 days and don’t feel like doing anything at all.

I’m already taking 7 meds a day, and on top of that I caught a cold 😭 At first I avoided taking medicine for it because I thought it would go away on its own… but nope. Now I’m taking like 10 tablets a day.

And guess what? This is only my first monitored cycle. Hats off to the women who’ve been doing this for months or even years. How are you all surviving this? It’s so fucking exhausting.

And yeah… that 2-week wait before you can test 😭

Not looking for medical advice, just needed to vent a little.

Thinking about buying these next 😭📚

Are these good reads? Which one should I start with first? I’m still pretty new to reading and recently got into thrillers after finishing The Housemaid.

I haven't read "The housemaid is watching" thinking about getting that

I also want to try new genres, so I’m experimenting a little instead of sticking to just thrillers 😄

Would love some reviews/recommendations from fellow readers 😊

Has anyone here purchased a wardrobe from mehidpurwala? How’s the quality and durability?

We were initially planning to get a custom wardrobe made, but for an 8x10 wardrobe the cost is getting really high, so now we’re considering getting one from Mehidpurwala instead.

If anyone has experience with their furniture, please share your review. Also, if you have recommendations for any other good furniture stores in Indore, do comment 😊

Trigger shot experiences? First monitored Letrozole cycle with 20 mm follicle on Day 11

Had my first monitored Letrozole cycle this month for PCOD and my Day 11 scan showed a 20 mm follicle, so my gynec gave me a trigger shot and told us the next 72 hours are important 😭

Would love to hear others’ experiences with trigger shots:

- When did you ovulate after it?

- Did you notice any side effects/symptoms?

- Did you do timed intercourse daily or alternate days?

- How long did the trigger stay in your system before pregnancy tests became reliable?

Trying not to overthink the two week wait already 😭

Disclaimer:-

Not looking for medical advice — just wanted to hear personal experiences from others who’ve gone through similar TTC/trigger shot cycles 🙂

Anyone else on Letrozole + Dydrogesterone for PCOD/TTC? Wanted to hear your experience

Recently started monitored cycles for PCOD and just wanted to hear other women’s experiences 💛

My gynec prescribed:

- Letrozole 2.5 mg from Day 2–6

- Dydrogesterone from Day 16 for 10 days

- Inositol supplement (Corectia)

- Folic acid + vitamins

She also asked me to come for a Day 11 scan to check follicle growth/ovulation.

For women who were/are on a similar plan:

- Did your doctor tell you to actively try that same cycle?

- Did they continue progesterone if you conceived?

- Were you told to stop/continue inositol after a positive test?

- Did anyone stop taking any of these meds while TTC or after ovulation?

- How many cycles did it take for you to ovulate/conceive?

Just trying to understand other people’s experiences while waiting for my scan next week 😅

(Disclaimer: I know every case is different and I’ll follow my gynec’s advice, just curious about others’ experiences.)
