Brand new keurig k-iced plus produces very little coffee

Is this normal? No matter what size I select, I get maybe an inch of coffee in my cup. This was supposed to be 12 ounces

This was the second time using this, first time I selected 6 ounces and it produced about the same.

I’ve never had a keurig before so not sure if I should return this one or if this is expected

I feel haunted by you

This is torture. Sometimes it hits me hard out of nowhere. I’ll be fine and then suddenly my heart feels like it’s being ripped out of my chest and the longing is too much to bear.

I often wonder if our paths will ever cross again, or if the fact that they never have in so many years is a sign that they never will.

You popped up on my suggested friends on Instagram a few weeks ago. I have no idea how or why. We have no connections. I damn near had a heart attack when I saw your picture.

I can’t stop the “what ifs” racing through my mind.

Pain when lying down

I’m about 10 weeks post lateral malleolus fracture, Weber A. No surgery. I was NWB for 3 weeks, WBAT in a walking boot for 3 weeks, and then ditched the boot completely since week 6. I’ve been in PT for a few weeks now and it’s going great, but I have been having more and more pain at night.

It’s waking me up and making it hard to fall back asleep. I sleep on my back and have been putting a pillow under my legs to elevate it a bit. Naturally my foot bends forward when I lie down and it’s causing pain in the area all around where the break is/was. I wake up to it aching and if I move it the pain intensifies until I can flex my foot back so my ankle is at more of a 90 degree angle.

It makes me want to sleep with my walking boot on again just to keep it at that angle. My PT says this stiffness and pain is normal and can take 6+ months to go away, but this is really affecting my sleep.

Has anyone else experienced this during healing and found anything that helps?
