New to Period Underwear/Cloth Pads. Thoughts/Opinions??

Hi! I've been looking into switching from pads to period underwear or cloth pads but I don't really know a whole lot about either one. I mainly want to avoid the cold wet feeling that I know comes with using these products. I'd love to hear any thoughts or opinions on what brands and materials I should be looking at. For context, my period is usually 4 days long with a moderate flow on days 2 and 3. It's not super heavy by any means.

Brands I've been looking into: Modibodi, saalt, Knix, Thinx

Any thoughts and comments are appreciated. I'd love to know what it's like using these types of products as opposed to disposable ones.

Period Underwear/Cloth Pads

Hi everyone. Recently I've been thinking about switching from regular pads to period underwear or reusable cloth pads. My period only lasts for about 4 days, so I think I can make the switch. The main thing is that I want to avoid the cold wet feeling as much as possible. I already get that somewhat with regular pads, so the feeling isn't a surprise, but it typically goes away after a short while.

Anyway, I'm looking for thoughts/opinions on what brands I should look at and what's worked best for any of you. I've been looking at Modbodi, Thinx, Knix, and saalt so far. Saalt is currently the favorite, but I don't want to buy anything without considering every factor from each brand. I don't know much about cloth pads, but I'm all ears. Let me know :)

How did you know dropping out was right for you?

I'm 20 years old and just finished my second year of film school. The problem is, I'm not sure that I want to go back in the fall. Going to school never really fulfilled me. I feel sort of "meh" about it. I don't adore college like every other kid my age seems to. I wouldn't say I absolutely hate it, but I feel I don't even like it as much as I should. I only have a few friends and my days consist of going to class and then going right back to my apartment. I went out to parties twice this year and was an anxious mess the entire time. I always left after an hour or two. Point is, I don't think I'd miss it if I didn't go back.

How did any of you know that school wasn't right for you? I guess my concern is that I'd be missing out on a degree and possibly a stable job opportunity in the future. I don't know. It feels like employers don't even care about a degree anymore anyway. Plus with film you don't need a degree to succeed. Any thoughts, ideas, or advice is appreciated.
