We're building an Instagram chatbot that helps businesses answer DMs, collect orders, and save time. Before we build it, we'd love to hear from people who actually use Instagram to sell.

How do you currently handle orders? (Manually, chatbot, website, etc.)
What is the most frustrating part of managing Instagram DMs?
What are the most common questions customers ask before placing an order?
What information do you need to collect before confirming an order? (Address, phone number, size, color, etc.)
