Struggling through A&P. Paramedic coach?

Hi! I’m in an extremely accelerated paramedic program through my fire department, we are on chapter 20 of A&P and we just finished week 2🫠 I’ve never been very good in school and this program is absolutely kicking my butt. And it’s not from a lack of trying, I study day and night lol. Thinking about buying the paramedic coach program, but wondering if he is good at explaining A&P? Any other programs that help? Thank you!

Recently diagnosed, no symptoms.

Hi everyone! Two days ago I was diagnosed with hashimotos after some routine bloodwork. After a few follow up labs, she told me I have hashimotos. Which was shocking because I really don’t have any symptoms, the only one is some hair loss. I’m worried because I am a full time firefighter, and my job kind of depends on me feeling good. Like I said, I generally feel good right now, but worried it’s going to get worse in the future. From what it sounded like, my numbers weren’t crazy out of whack, but wondering if they will get worse as I get older? (22 right now for reference) Anyways, my real question is if there anything I can do to support my body right now and prevent it from getting worse and developing the common symptoms? I really don’t want to get on medication but definitely will if it’s needed. Is there anyone who has fixed their labs without medication? Sorry for rambling, thank you in advance for the help!! :)

Belgian Malinois mix?

Hello! We adopted our puppy Dallas about 3 months ago. We were originally told she was a lab mix, but we definitely think she’s Shepard or Malinois mixed with some cattle dog. Almost every time we go in public someone comments on her being a Malinois. Wondering what everyone thinks. Thank you!
