Hi! I left my car at a hand car wash and picked it up, in the dark couldn’t see but after few days noticed these spots. I tried cleaning them with water and microfiber cloth as well as some cleaning chemicals and they wouldnt go away.

Is this paint damage or can it be cleaned off? I dont feel any bumps or difference to paint with my nail/finger, but they are colorful like oil and wont come off at all.

I use manual contactless car washes often and it doesn’t seem like its left over from drying water but I could be wrong.

Could you help me identify whats going on here? Thanks!
