I've been working with startups for ~1.5–2 years and recently moved to Bangalore for work.

Outside my 9–5, I want to spend a few hours every day building something rather than just consuming content.

I'm looking for 4–5 serious people in Bangalore who want to work on real client projects together.

Skills I'm interested in:

• Software / AI / automation
• Video editing
• UI/UX & design
• Content
• Marketing / sales
• Client acquisition

I'm particularly interested in two types of people:

Experienced: You've already freelanced, worked with clients, or built projects and can help guide the group.

Hungry: You're still early, but you're willing to learn, work consistently, and actually ship things.

The idea is straightforward:

Find clients → take projects → distribute the work → deliver → get paid → repeat.

No agency is registered, no big startup pitch, and nothing is figured out yet. I want to start small with a few capable people and see what we can build.

Most of my salary disappears within the first 10 days, and I don’t have meaningful savings.

I’ve realized that I have ~3 hours every night. Instead of wasting them, I want to use them to learn, build, make money, and grow.

So I’m looking for 4–5 people, preferably in Bangalore (but open to anywhere in India), who want to do the same.
